I love this place..Teppanyaki style - the best. My parents always finish their food and are very satisfied. My chosen chef's- Ed, Willy, or James Bond (😃 so he claims). A joyful atmosphere. The female hostess are awesome as well. They will take care of you..Leonora (Lenny)

IT IS ROBBERY, BE CAREFUL FI YOU ARE TOURIST OR VISITOR IN GUAM. If i could, I will give zero star. They discrimate tourists by serving menu with high price. We dropped in on evening Feb 21st and told the waiter that we need Teriyaky. My family then were lead to the Teriyaky table and one menu was provided. I found the price on it is much higher than we saw the one at the gate. and then two other customers were lead to my table, but they gave them different menus on whitch the price is only half of mine. I asked the waiters why and they asked me if we have local ID, I said if California ID ok. they answered no, only local resident can have the low price, vistitors need to pay almost double price for same food. It is totally rip off. We left the restaurant immediately. If you are visitors in Guam, please bypass this restaurant. IT IS ROBBERY!!!

Made $100 deposit for a large group two days prior to dining there and made this reservation in person. They messed up our reservation. Still had to wait for tables cleared since our $100 deposit for a reservation was messed up. Didn’t come to take our drink order until 20mins after we were seated. Hair in our noodles. Food we ordered didn’t come out so we had to just make sure they didn’t add it to our check. Water leaking from the ceiling onto us and our food. And horrible attitudes from the wait staff. And all the supervisor could say was, “I said I was sorry”. I was lucky that one of the owners just so happen to be dining there and he was nice enough to at least give us 10% off of our $400+ bill because the supervisor was not going to give us anything for the poor customer service and inconvenience.
